Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, you will be notified. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or offer you an exchange. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfil orders within 24 hours. We aim to dispatch orders placed by 2pm on the same working day.

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.  Standard shipping takes between 2-5 days once the item has been dispatched.  We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £1.99.  All deliveries are made by Hermes or courier for large consignments.
